About Us

Flemming Golf is a family business that has been operating for 37 years. Previously registered as V & S Flemming Pty Ltd, in 2007 the Flemming Golf business was created as a subsidiary carrying on all existing functions and works. V & S Flemming was founded by Vince and Sue Flemming, Vince a pioneer in Australia’s earthmoving and turf construction industry.

The family tradition continues today with two of Vince’s sons Kirk and Heath, who continue to guide the Flemming Golf brand into the future. V & S Flemming originally specialised in the construction and renovation of bowling greens. Whilst working on bowling greens Vince met golf course designer Bob Harrison. With Bob’s guidance Vince was able to develop his skills as a golf course shaper. Now with over 30 years experience in the construction of Golf Courses both in Australia and overseas, Flemming Golf is highly regarded in the industry.

Flemming Golf is based in the Hills District of Sydney, New South Wales. The company operates Australia wide.

Community Involvement

As active members of the community, Flemming Golf support a number of charities. In particular Flemming Golf make significant contributions to The Tweed Hospital each year, which is directed to the Premature Babies Unit.
The company has also received an award for donating money to Rotary International, that contributed to the building of ‘Bo Children’s Hospital’ in Sierra Leone.
Sue and Vince believe in supporting the local community, and have always supported local schools and events. Flemming Golf has supported the Cancer Foundation by sponsoring a race at the Hawkesbury Race Club.
